Terms of Service

These terms apply to Skills Registry ("the Service"), operated by Skills Registry (registered in Sweden). By creating an account you agree to them. If you are agreeing on behalf of a company, you confirm you may bind that company.

Accounts and workspaces

You create a workspace and invite members to it. Workspace admins control membership, plans and payment. You are responsible for the activity of everyone in your workspace and for keeping sign-in credentials secure.

Plans and payment

• Paid plans are billed monthly in advance, in euro, through our payment provider Stripe.
• Prices shown include VAT; your receipt shows the tax breakdown for your country.
• Your subscription renews automatically each month until you cancel it.
• Each workspace holds one plan at a time. Upgrades take effect immediately; downgrades take effect at the end of the paid period.
• If payment fails, we retry for a short period. If it keeps failing, the workspace returns to free limits.

Plan limits

Each plan includes a number of members and published skills. If a workspace goes over those limits — for example after a downgrade — it becomes read-only until you upgrade or remove the excess. Your content is not deleted because of this.

Trials

New workspaces get a 14-day trial on Team limits. No card is required. When the trial ends, the workspace moves to free limits unless you choose a plan.

Your content

You keep all rights to the skills, files and other content you upload. You grant us only the permission needed to store, process and display it so the Service works for your workspace. You confirm you have the right to upload what you upload.

Acceptable use

• Do not upload malware, credentials belonging to others, or unlawful material.
• Do not attempt to break, overload or gain unauthorised access to the Service.
• Do not resell the Service without a written agreement with us.

We may suspend a workspace that breaks these rules, and will tell you why.

Cancellation

You can cancel at any time from the billing page. Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have paid for. You can export your skills at any time before and after cancellation while your account exists.

Availability and liability

We work to keep the Service available but do not promise uninterrupted access. To the extent allowed by law, our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.

Changes

We may update these terms. If a change matters to you materially, we will tell you by email or in the app before it takes effect.
